This high-quality double-jointed Baucher bit, with upward-curving shanks featuring rings and a lever action, is made of solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy consisting of 89% copper, 7% aluminum, 3% iron, and 1% zinc. The oxidation process of the material produces a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse’s mouth, resulting in a soft and even distribution of pressure. The combination of the design and the unique composition of Cuprigan stimulates the chewing process and saliva production, allowing for a comfortable connection with the sensitive horse’s mouth. The upward-curving shanks with rings angle slightly outward, providing optimal freedom for the horse’s head. The mouthpiece is 12 mm thick, and the shanks are 110 mm long.
