The BR Blackheath breastplate features a wide elastic band. The ends are made of high-quality European leather that is flexible and durable. Thanks to the two carabiner hooks, you can easily attach the breastplate to the saddle. The sturdy buckles and hooks are made of nickel-plated brass.
The breastplate prevents the saddle from sliding backward, which is especially useful in jumping/eventing or with round horses where the saddle tends to slip quickly.
