Pharmakas® AKS Liquid contains bitter substances and effectively protects horses from ingesting foreign objects such as splinters, fibers, or other debris, thereby preventing serious injuries or illnesses (e.g., colic). Additionally, AKS helps combat crib-biting (cribbing or windsucking). The bitter substance used poses no health risk to humans or horses and is effective in preventing unwanted chewing. It has a long-lasting effect, and repeated application increases its effectiveness.
