Find product
How to easily find the product you are looking for. There are a few ways to quickly and easily find your product.
Method 1:
Click on the category your product falls under. If a category has subcategories, the main category will expand and subcategories will appear. Select a category or subcategory. You will now see all products in that category.
Method 2:
Another method is to use our search function, which you can see at the top of every page. On the right (top) side is our Product Filter with the text “search the entire store.” With this product filter, you can easily and quickly find the right product by, for example, selecting types of blankets or searching for show halters.
Our prices
All prices we list for our products include VAT. In addition, we work with dynamic pricing.
Place order
Placing an order is very easy. You have found your product and added it to your shopping cart using the “add to cart” button. At the top right of the screen, you will see the shopping cart containing the products you have added.
You can view the shopping cart by clicking the “view” link so the cart expands and shows all your added products. Click the button or link “Order” and you will be taken to our secure page where you can enter your address details and select the payment method.
If you already have an account with MHS Ruitersport and have previously entered your address details, these will be filled in automatically once you log in. (You can log in by clicking the link at the top.) Select the payment method and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Confirm your order by clicking the “Place order” button. You will then see a screen to review all your entered details. Please check carefully that everything is correct, as we can hardly change an order and/or details afterward. Click “Confirm” and you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment option you chose. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the MHS Ruitersport webshop, your order will be placed with us, and we will process and ship it as soon as possible.
Track your order
As soon as you have placed and paid for your order on a business day before 5:00 PM using iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, or another available payment method, you will receive an email from us the same business day with the shipping information and a link to the Track and Trace page of our carrier. You can also enter the details yourself on the DPD Track and Trace page.

Cancel or change
If you have just placed an order and want to cancel or change it, you are requested to contact customer service immediately. In most cases, we cannot cancel or change an order afterward due to our automated system and warehouse.
If your order can no longer be canceled or changed, it will be shipped with the products and details you previously provided in the order. If it concerns an incorrectly provided shipping address, it is still possible that DPD will deliver your order correctly.
